Nick invested in the company shortly after its inception and has successfully driven the sales side of the business ever since, overseeing a steady and significant growth in both staff numbers and revenue. He manages to balance running a tight ship in the office with a rather hectic family life extremely well.

As well as liaising with venues and suppliers to ensure that the website is kept up to date with the best and most current Christmas parties, Lara oversees the festive sales team and employs an admirable 'hands-on' approach, assisting the guys where necessary and never afraid to lend a helping hand to groups searching for their perfect Christmas party.

Harriet is without question the engine room at Eventa. She divides her time between getting the mountain of new and existing Christmas party packages live on the system, managing relationships with venues and suppliers and overseeing the admin team in regards to payments, final group numbers and menu choices.

Nicky works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that your company Christmas party runs as smoothly as possible, from the time you first enquire to your taxi home afterwards. Always just a phone call away, she'll be on hand to take payments, handle food and drinks choices and liaise with our contacts at the venue on your behalf. Should you need to add that extra person onto your booking, request a table plan for the group or anything else at all, Nicky's your go-to girl!
Roxie Williams

Event Co-ordinator

Roxie is something of a Jack (Jill?) of all trades, ensuring that all loose ends remain tied up. On any given day she could be busy adding new suppliers onto our website, double checking party details with suppliers and advising guests on itineraries for their event. Roxie joined up with Eventa in the summer of 2011 as we seek to further enhance the overall experience our valued customers enjoy at their Christmas parties.
Nancy Brown

Accountant

Nancy has a long background in accountancy and makes sure that the Eventa books are kept nice and balanced. It is her job to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and that payments reach suppliers and venues on time.
Alice Farrant

Acccounts Assistant

Alice sits on the accounts team and assists Nancy. She manages the accounts payable side of things, ensuring that all party payments to our venues and suppliers are handled in a swift and orderly fashion. She has adapted to her role dealing with Christmas party contacts remarkably quickly and ably, having previously worked in a similar role for a stag and hen company.

Marketing Manager

With a long-standing background in the events industry, Keith is the company's ideas man. He is responsible for exploring new avenues for growth such as promoting the organisation through different types of media, with a special focus on the web side of things. It is he who ensures that the sales and admin teams are provided with the best possible environment and tools with which to grow the business and have a great time doing so.
Oli Robertson

Web Copywriter

Oli is responsible for furthering Eventa's web presence through search engine optimisation. This involves tactics such as external link building, the drafting of online press releases, blogs and Twitter posts. He works as part of the online marketing team and loves combining his passion for commercially-geared writing with that of corporate events. He is an avid supporter of Arsenal F.C.
Mark Booth

Web Copywriter

Mark relocated to Brighton to join the Eventa team in March 2011, drawn to the South coast by the buzz of event planning. He sits on the web marketing team and drafts every aspect of the company's online copy so as to maximise search engine visibility. This entails creating news articles, blog posts and overseeing the company's Facebook page. He supports Manchester City F.C and is a keen musician.
Lynsey Hamp

PR Coordinator

Lynsey has a proven track record in channelling the Eventa brand across a variety of media outlets. She focuses on areas such as promoting competitions and securing interviews, TV and radio slots. Her approach of 'act daft and see what you can get away with' continues to serve both her and most importantly the company well.

I.T and Web Support

Should any computer issues arise in the office, Jack is always there to assist and get things back on track. He works to develop new web systems for payments processing, the recording of sales leads and back-end web editing. As our web systems become more stretched during the peak Christmas party season it is Jack's swift response to web issues that helps keep the site you see before your eyes running smoothly

Sales Manager

Perhaps the sharpest dressed member of the team, Rob takes it upon himself to ensure that party enquiries are responded to without delay by his sales team and that development goals are adhered to through the meeting of weekly and monthly targets. Rob prefers long, hot summers but still his unbridled passion for the festive season is unwavering.

Chris has the kind of down-to-earth and relaxed approach with customers which means he is able to calmly handle enquiries concerning large groups of party-goers. Chris isn't known to settle for second best, so will work tirelessly to find you and your group the Christmas party you've dreamed about all year.

Alice is responsible for the initial contact and subsequent liaising with Christmas party suppliers and venues to ensure that we can keep promoting the widest range of Christmas parties in the industry. She frequently travels up and down the country to personally meet with our partners and see the party spaces themselves so we aren't just promoting a brochure that is sent to us.

Support Specialist

Clare is a dab hand when it comes to making sure that the channels of contact with venues always remain open, allowing for the flow of timely payments and to resolve issues such as food and drinks choices and the adding or removal of group members. She also keeps groups up to date with itineraries and last-minute changes to proceedings.

The lovely Olivia deals proficiently with any client issues and requests and makes sure that anybody daunted by the task of organising a Christmas party for a large group is given all of the support required. A passionate fan of our very own Brighton & Hove Albion, Olivia more than holds her own with the boys in the office when it comes to football banter.
