How to make basic pancake batter

Mixing up pancake batter is super quick and easy. All you need is the following:

  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 300ml Water
  • Dash of Milk

Just measure out all of your ingredient and mix together in a measuring jug (alternative you could chuck everything into a blender to ensure a nice smooth mixture) before adding a little oil to a pan and pouring enough mixture for one into the pan. Just make sure you give it a good toss in true Shrove Tuesday fashion when it’s ready! What fillings and toppings will you choose?
