Super Berry Martini
(The Pump It Up)


 2 ½ x Vodka Shots

Blueberry, strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant puree

Chia seeds

25ml Sparkling Water
Method: Shake all the ingredients together with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
Why’s it Healthy?

Berries are full of antioxidants that are great for your skin, and just one serving of this yummy drink packs a serious punch of vitamin C. Chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants and high quality protein as well being a great source of fibre, magnesium, zinc, iron and calcium, all of which will reduce tiredness and fatigue. The slow release of energy from the Chia seeds combined with all the nutritional benefits of the fresh fruit make this drink the healthy equivalent of a vodka and red bull.


Spirulina Sunset
(The Good, The Bad and The Beautiful)



1 x dash grenadine

2 oz. amaretto liqueur

Fresh Pineapple Juice

Fresh Orange Juice

1 tbsp. Spirulina Powder

25 ml Sparkling Water


Method: Get a tall glass with ice and pour the amaretto over the ice, slowly add the orange juice, pineapple juice. Shake the spirulina powder with the tonic water and top up the cocktail with the mixture to form layers. Add a dash of grenadine and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
Why’s it Healthy?

Firstly, swapping tonic water for a sparkling water is a great way to lower the calories. Apart from the obvious vitamin C kick from the fresh fruit juices, the spirulina powder offers up a whole host of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin A, E and potassium. It’s largely made up of protein and essential fatty acids so will benefit your hair, skin and nails. You can be bad and enjoy this alcoholic beverage with the sweet knowledge that it’s doing a lot of good to your body.


Beetroot Smash
(The Little Miracle)



1 x Pickled beetroot

10ml Crème de Cassis

25ml Jack Daniels

25ml Fresh Lemon

25ml Apple Juice

Squeeze of Agave Nectar

1 x egg white



Roughly dice half the beetroot and smash with a wooden muddler in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Hold other half of beetroot back as a garnish. Add the Jack Daniels, lemon juice, apple juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the beetroot. Shake quickly without any ice. Add ice and shake hard in order to mix in the beetroot. Double strain the cocktail into a tall glass over cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of beetroot and a lemon wedge.

Why’s it Healthy?

Beetroot is a well-known blood cleanser, this means it helps in the creation of red blood cells, helps to reduce blood pressure and generally cures diseases of the circulatory system. It’s also been used to help dissolve stones found in the liver. It’s also been proven to lower cholesterol by up to 40%.  Overall this beetroot is a real miracle food, so don’t feel guilty about indulging in this cocktail.

Kale and Ginger Daiquiri
(The Stiff Upper Lip)



1 1/2 ounces’ white rum

3/4-ounce fresh lime juice from about 2 limes

3/4-ounce ginger syrup

1/2-ounce fresh kale juice (will need a juicer)

1-ounce fresh ginger syrup



Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rum, lime juice, ginger simple syrup, and kale juice. Shake until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass and serve immediately.

Why’s it Healthy?

We all know why Kale is so good for us, it’s full of those little antioxidants that combat the signs of aging and prevent cancer. And Ginger has, since the dawn of time itself, been used to treat nausea and is so effective at doing so that it’s even used as a prescription medication. If you’re prone to feeling a bit queasy when drinking alcohol then this is the drink for you, it will give you the poise, grace and stiff upper lip of a palace guard.


Camu Camu Sour
(The Happy Go Lucky)



4-ounces Pisco

5-ounces Camu Camu juice

2-ounces Star Anise syrup



Pour the Pisco, Camu Camu juice and star anise syrup into a shaker and shake for ten seconds with ice until it takes consistency. Pour into champagne flutes and garnish with star anise.
