1. What is a Shared/Joiner party?

Shared parties are events to which you can buy places to attend, along with other people, and can be a great option for both small and large companies if you are looking for a sociable, fun and well organised event. Shared parties can be traditional events, themed parties or even tribute nights - which can add an extra 'something' to the evening. They also include catering, entertainment, a DJ and Disco, and an onsite Events Organiser.

2. What are minimum/maximum booking numbers for shared parties?

This depends on the event. Most parties require a minimum of 8-10 people, as this is often the number of seats per table. Maximum numbers will depend on the size of the venue, but these are stated on the website listing for each party.

3. Do I need to know the exact numbers when I book and how much deposit is required?

We require a £20 deposit per person to book and hold places at the party you are interested in, so it is best to know the numbers when you book as deposits are non-refundable and we don't want you to be out of pocket. The deposit required will depend on the particular party you're interested in as some parties (particularly the more expensive) may require a higher deposit. We will advise you at the time of booking though.

4. When is full payment required?

We require the remaining balance 8 weeks (56 days) prior to the event date.

5. When will I get my itinerary?

We will send you a detailed itinerary of the party and all relevant information with regards to the event. You will need to liaise directly with the venue to order your food and drinks and we will provide you with the contact details to enable you to do this.

6. What is the Dress Code?

Again, this is different for each venue and each party. We have included a dress code on each of the party listings. Smart/casual dress is normally required, but please check on the website to be sure.

7. Will we have to share tables with other parties?

Usually, you will not have to share with other parties and we will always try to seat you together, however, occasionally if your numbers result in there being lots of spare spaces at a table, the venues may combine your group with another group in a similar position. This cannot be guaranteed however.
